Ho Shik Kim Chairman & CEO
Ho Shik Kim is CEO and Co-Founder of FG Asset Management. He has played a leading role in developing organization directions as well as overall business strategies of the company.

Prior to founding FG, Mr. Kim served in the Korean government for almost 30 years, taking on various responsibilities as a government official in the nation's economic arena. His first job was at the Economic Planning Board
in the early 1970s.

Afterwards, he was an economist at the East Asia and Pacific Department of World Bank, Director of the Administrative Coordination under the Prime Minister and Secretary for Finance and Economic Affairs at the Presidential Secretariat. Mr. Kim has also served as the Korea Customs Service Commissioner, Deputy Director-General for the Administrative Coordination Office of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.

During his three decades of public service, he was intimately involved in establishing and executing the nation’s vital economic policies.

As the President of the National Pension Service (NPS) from 2005 to 2008, he played a pivotal role implementing new strategic directions for the national’s pension fund by fully utilizing his prior experiences and understanding of the operation of the nation’s economic policies. Under his leadership, NPS materialized its mid-to-long term investment and operation plan to focus on alternative investments in order to diversify its investment portfolio.

Mr. Kim’s insight emphasizing the investment diversification in overseas markets made it possible for the NPS to become more resilient to the internal & external economic shocks impacting the investment performance.

Mr. Kim received his undergraduate degree from Seoul National University in Metallurgical Engineering and Economics. Additionally, he earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). He was awarded an honorary doctoral degree in Business Administration from Sehan University. He is a member of Korea Institute of Certified Public Accounts.

Edward A. Glickman FG US – Executive Chairman
Edward A. Glickman serves as Executive Chairman of FG Asset Management’s US Operation. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance industry.

Previously, Mr. Glickman was President, COO and Trustee of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (“PREIT”), one of the first equity REITs in the U.S. focusing on shopping center properties in the U.S.

Prior to holding various positions at PREIT, he was CFO of The Rubin Organization, a private real estate development company. He also served as CFO for Presidential Realty Corporation. Mr. Glickman began his finance career at investment banking division at Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney.

He is a Clinical Professor of Finance and Executive Director of The Center for Real Estate Finance Research at the Stern School of Business, New York University; a Fox Chase Cancer Center Board Member, Temple University Health System Board Member, Chairman of the Advisory Board Jefferson University Kimmel Cancer Center and member of the Advisory Board City of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program.

Mr. Glickman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (the Wharton School) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Bioengineering. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.

Bambang Sugeng Bin Kajairi
Executive Director (Southeast Asia & the UK)
Mr. Bambang Sugeng is currently the Executive Director (Southeast Asia & the UK)

He is responsible for property search, funding, and real estate investment advice along with major investment institutions and advisory firms in the Asia region and Europe.

Mr. Bambang Sugeng was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Reem Investments PJSC. Looking after USD 1.3 billion of assets under management, including 60 million square feet of gross floor area (GFA) of master-development, and with a negligible debt-equity ratio, he had established Reem Investments as one of the leading UAE private investment firms.

Including his careers in CapitaLand Amanah Pte Ltd, Green Emirates Properties, and Hotel Properties Ltd (HPL), Bambang has over 26 years of experience in Asian property investment market.

Kim, Dae-Il
Executive Vice-President
Mr. Kim is currently in charge of Strategic Investment Management Division.
He had worked as Fund Manager for ShinHan Bnp Paribas Asset Management Company, KDB Asset Management Company(a subsidiary of Korea Development Bank)where he experienced various real estate funds and non real estate alternative funds. In addition, Mr. Kim took charge of acquisition of NPL project and real estate development finance at Shinyoung Co.,Ltd.(top as a real estate developer in Korea)

He graduated at Chung-Ang University of Business Administration and holds a Certified Investment Manager of Securities and Real Estate.

Michelle Han Chief Investment Officer
Michelle Han is a CIO and Co-Founder of the company.

Ms. Han is in charge of real estate investment, overseas branches and global investment networking.

Prior to forming FG Asset Management, she worked as a real estate consultant for Arthur Andersen, GCF, a manager at RAK Asset Management and an executive vice president for KB Asset Management where she was actively managing various real estate funds in Asia and North America.

She graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Kunkuk University on a full scholarship. She also received her Master of Science degree in Real Estate from University of Florida. She is a Certified Real Estate Investment Manager of Korea, a member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers holding MAI designation, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Younghoon Jin Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Jin has over 20 years of experiences in fund accounting, managing fixed income funds, multi-asset funds, compliance and risk management, development and launching new funds. As a director of FG Asset Management, Mr. Jin is in charge of compliance and risk management and is responsible for overall business affairs of FGAM.

Prior to joining FG Asset Management, Mr. Jin worked in Macquarie Investment Management Korea, ING Asset Management Korea, and Landmark Investment Management.

Mr. Jin holds a B.S degree in Business Education and Master’s degree in Business Administration majored in Finance from Pusan National University. In addition, he is a CFA charter holder and a Financial Risk Manager.

Kim, Moon-Soo Executive Adviser
Mr. Kim served as CEO of Jinro Construction Co., Ltd. and CEO of KPX Holdings. Based on his experience in construction companies, he advises on the general management of FG Asset Management and participates in key decision makings of our company's business as a board member.

He graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University and holds master’s degree in Business Administration majored in Finance from NYU.
